Aim & Scope

Kidney Disease and Transplantation is an open access journal that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of kidney disease, and treatment options for chronic kidney disease, from dialysis to kidney transplantation as well as the considerations for organ donation.

The Journal will be a resource for nephrologists, nurses, technicians, transplant surgeons and allied health professionals, and welcomes multidisciplinary collaboration between those that work in nephrology and renal transplantation medicine, ischemia-reperfusion injury, immunosuppression in renal transplants, complications of transplantation, palliative care in advanced renal failure and other related areas.
